Valley Striders are a sociable friendly club that offer a variety of session to suit a range of abilities.

The main club night is on a Tuesday with groups meeting at a range of times.

Fast Group – 6:15pm
Advanced (24min or faster 5km)- 7:00pm at Leodiensian Club, Crag Lane, Alwoodley, Leeds, LS17 5PR
Intermediates (30min or faster 5km) – 7:00pm at Leodiensian Club
Beginners and Improvers (30+ min 5km) – 6pm at Leodiensian Club or Leeds Grammar School

The club also offer a 0-5km course for those with no previous running experience.
