Starting and finishing outside of Salvos in Headingly, this 14km route takes you on a scenic adventure through Headingley and around the Meanwood Valley Trail.

Although this can be an any time of year route, we suggest that you are prepared to get muddy if running in the Autumn/Winter. We wouldn’t recommend it in the dark!

 

This route is marked with the Yellow Meanwood Valley Trail owl marker the whole way. Keep a look out for it on gates and fence posts! It will take you through Meanwood Park, all the way up to Golden Acre Park, past Breary Marsh and back!
